Four Visits a Year

Home Health Snapshot

Each visit includes a 50-point visual check of your home’s key systems—roof, gutters, siding, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. It’s not a licensed inspection, but it gives us a clear read on your home’s condition and helps us spot potential issues before they snowball.

Preventative Maintenance

We tackle the forgotten but essential tasks: clean gutters, pressure wash your driveway and entryways, flush the water heater, replace HVAC filters, vacuum fridge coils, test smoke and CO detectors, tighten loose hardware, and more.

Seasonal Prep

Our visits are timed to match the seasons. We winterize hose bibs and irrigation in the fall, de-winterize in the spring, and check for signs of storm damage, moss, or other seasonal wear.

Quick Fixes While We’re There

If it’s a simple fix that takes under an hour—like a leaky faucet, squeaky door, popped nail, or cracked caulk—we just take care of it. No hassle, no wait.
